The Controller processes the Users’ Personal Data adopting appropriate security measures designed to prevent the unauthorised access, circulation, modification or destruction of the Personal Data. Processing is carried out through IT and/or online instruments, with organisational methods and logics strictly linked to the indicated purposes. In some cases, the Data might also be accessed not only by the Controller but also by appointed categories of subjects involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, commercial and marketing personnel, lawyers, system’s administrators) or external subjects (such as suppliers of technical services, postal couriers, provider hosting, IT companies, communication agencies) nominated also, if necessary, as the Parties Responsible for Processing by the Controller. An updated list of the Parties Responsible for Processing may always be requested from the Data Controller.

The Data are processed for the time necessary for providing the service requested by the User, or required for the purposes described in this document, and the User can always ask for interruption of the Processing or cancellation of the Data.

The User’s Data are collected in order to allow the Controller to provide his/her own services, and also for the following purposes: Statistics, Access to the accounts on third party services and interaction with social networks and external platforms. The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.

The services contained in this section allow the Processing Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and are also used to keep track of the conduct of the User. Google Analytics (Google Inc.) is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the collected Personal Data for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, preparing reports and sharing them with the other services developed by Google. Google could use the Personal Data for contextualising and personalising advertisements of its own advertising network.

Defence in court
The User’s Personal Data can be utilised to defend the Controller, in court or in phases leading up to a possible court case, from abuses by the User in using the same or associated services. The User declares to be aware that the Controller could be asked to reveal the Data on the request of the public authorities.

Personal data is any information regarding the individual, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, through reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
These are personal data collected automatically by the Application (or by the applications of third parties that the same uses), including: IP addresses or names under the domain of the computers used by the User who connects to the Application, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, the time of the request, the method utilised in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.). The Country of origin, the characteristics of the browser and the operating system used by the visitor, the various time connotations of the visit (for example the time spent on each page) and details regarding the itinerary followed within the Application, with particular reference to the sequence of the consulted pages, the parameters regarding the operating system and the IT environment used by the User.
The individual who uses this Application, who must also be the same person as the person concerned or the person authorised by the latter and the Personal Data of whom are undergoing the processing.
