The claims team will respond to claims within 45 days of receipt via the same channel used by the claimant to submit it. Should they not be satisfied with the outcome of the claim, or should they receive no response from the intermediary within 45 days, the insurance taker and the insured party may contact the Italian intermediary watchdog authority by writing to IVASS, Servizio Vigilanza Intermediari, Via del Quirinale n. 21 – 00187 Rome, and compile the specific contact form provided by the authority at the website www.ivass.it with all the information requested from points (1) to (4), attaching a copy of the claim submitted to Bazzi Insurance Partners and, where applicable, of any response received.
